Clickbooth.com was established in 2004 in Sarasota, FL as part of a division of Integraclick, Inc. It was formed by John Lemp and Amanda Huntington as an Exclusive Performance-Based Network to fulfill the demand for a world-class CPA Network.

As the division grew, the founders determined that it would progress more substantially as an individual company. In 2009, Clickbooth.com became its own entity and branched off to form what is now Clickbooth.com, LLC. 2010 marks the year that Clickbooth.com provided a CPC network called CB|CPC. CB|CPC is a pioneer for being the first CPC Network designed specifically for Affiliate Media Buyers.
